Special Feature
Senior-Header-1

In March of 2010, I broke my hip, on the same leg injured two years earlier. I was out of the pool for a little more than a month. I credit the warm water pool for my continued ability to walk, drive and live an independent life.

I can say in no uncertain terms that without the presents of this facility, I DO NOT believe that I would have ever gotten out of the wheelchair. I continually tell anyone and everyone how great this facility is and how much it has done for me.

The staff is always available for any help and when needed, no matter how small or large.

Sincerely,
Sandra Giobres

Program-of-the-Month-Icon

The focus of the ACE-IT III program is on the development of functional skills related to individual needs and greater access to the community. Individual goals can be in the areas of vocational, fine arts, performing arts, domestic, recreational/leisure, general life skills, independent living skills, socialization skills and having the opportunity to be a part of the community.

Presently, the program serves 68 consumers, with 24 staff, and 2 buses to help transport people within the community and beyond. The program continues to expand to meet the needs of many different people. For example, many people attending the program work and have their own apartment. The ACE-IT III program uniquely tailors the services it offers to each individual, and to what they desire and need.
